Pumice Adhesive

Pumice Adhesive is a cement-based mortar reinforced with chemical polymer additives, used in pumice stone masonry. It is easy to prepare and apply, has high stability, and is reinforced with chemical polymer additives.

AREAS OF USE: Used in interior and exterior pumice stone wall construction. Easy and practical to use.

APPLICATION: The application surface should be prepared by checking that it is sound, clean, and level. 25 kg of Pumice Adhesive is mixed with 6.5-7 liters of water in a container using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without lumps. This mixture, which is left to rest for approximately 5 minutes, is mixed again and is ready for use.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
– The surface to be applied should be free of dust, paint, dirt, etc., which prevent adhesion.
– The application surface should be moistened.
– Since it is a cement-based material, hand protection is necessary.
Gloves should be used.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE: 25 kg. The shelf life in kraft bags is 10 months when stored in a dry, cool environment.
